Refund policy
* Returns.
Returned goods is seven days from the already delivered.
Unfortunately we can not refund or exchange 7 days after delivery.
It must must have be in the original packaging.
Several kinds of goods do not accept returns.

* Refunds.
Refund will refund the item price excluding shipping fee.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
* Late or missing refunds.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some some before before your refund is officially posted.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

* If the item arrives damaged
When items arrive, please confirm immediately whether there is any damage by transportation.
When there is damage
Please contact the carrier you delivered immediately and submit a damage report.
please send a a receipt number as well as a scanned paperwork.
This way, I can also talk with Japan Post for insurance claim to issue a refund to you ASAP.
